Angelique was sat in the hospital with one of her friends (or Randy...i dunno!) She had fainted earlier in the middle of practise.
The doctor walked through the door.

"Good news Mrs.Orton...there's no problem."
"Then why did I faint?" Angelique asked.
"Congratulations, you're pregnant."
"I'm what?"
